Bridgeview Asset Management was founded in 2011 with a mission to provide sustainable, affordable housing solutions in the Pacific Northwest.

To date the company has managed more than 25 asset developments totaling 1,800 individual housing units, the vast majority of which are still under management. Bridgeview is continuously innovating and creating novel solutions for the massive housing crisis that exists today, and these solutions have been implemented throughout our portfolio.
